2.1 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including preorders unless the item you receive is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item you ordered when received.

2.2 In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

2.3 We do not provide refunds for any reason other than those mentioned in section 2.2.
